It is also ideal for portraiture with smooth bokeh, hand-held shots in low light, and close-ups of food and small accessories when used with the camera’s Macro mode. Using the distance indicator and depth-of-field scale to pre-focus in MF mode makes it ideal for capturing quick snaps, too.
