WARRANTY ON X SERIES
How long does my warranty last ?
The warranty period for products bought is 12 months. The warranty period begins from the date of your Invoice on your shop or Web receipt.
What do I need to claim a free repair under warranty?
All you will need is the receipt that you were given by the shop or Website or you bought it from. It’s very important that you look after your receipt, as without this evidence you cannot make a claim on your warranty. The Warranty can only be claimed if the Item is purchased from Middle-east region.
What if the warranty period has expired?
If the warranty period has expired, you will need to pay for the repair. You should contact the shop or Website you bought it from to find out how much the repair will cost. Then you can decide whether or not to go ahead.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratching, abrasions or cosmetic damage. More specifically, it does not cover damage caused by:
- Any misuse or improper handling (the lens should be protected if carried in a bag or a case)
- Dropping or knocking the product
- A repair, modification or cleaning done by anyone other than FUJIFILM or a FUJIFILM Authorized Service Centre
- Improper storage (extremes of temperature or humidity)
- The entry of water, sand, dust etc. into the lens
- Accessories are not covered in the warranty
What happens if I have lost my shop receipt?
If you have lost your receipt, you will have no evidence that the product is within its warranty period, so regrettably you will have to pay for the repair.
Other Conditions
- FUJIFILM’s liability is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the product. FUJIFILM has no liability for indirect or consequential loss of any kind due to a defect with this
- FUJIFILM reserves the right not to repair a product under warranty if the serial number has been removed, altered or
- FUJIFILM will normally use new parts, but reserves the right to use reconditioned or repaired
- Any defective parts replaced in the lens become the property of

Return Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your Fujifilm product(s). However, if for some reason you are not, or if your Fujifilm product(s) are damaged or faulty in any way, you may return your Fujifilm product(s) and we may either send you another Fujifilm product(s) or arrange a full refund.
We will accept returns, provided you send an email to marketing.photo@boushahrigroup.com with your wish to return the Fujifilm product within 7 days after the date of receipt of your Fujifilm product. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Fujifilm product, you will be deemed to be totally satisfied with the Fujifilm product. The Fujifilm product must be in the same condition you received it and the original packaging/labelling. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Fujifilm product to us.
Refund-
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving notification from you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Delivery charges are non-refundable .
If payment is done by cash ,complete amount will be refunded except the delivery charge .
If Payment is done by Master or Visa card ,complete amount will be refunded except 2.5 % of the order amount & the delivery charge .
If the Payment is done by K-net , complete amount will be refunded excluding 250 fils and the delivery charge .
WARRANTY ON INSTAX SERIES
FUJIFILM INSTAX Series WARRANTY covers:
FUJIFILM’s Instax Series Instant Camera (hereinafter referred to as “Camera”/ “Product”) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper handling for 1 Year Warranty from the date of first purchase by the Purchaser (‘Purchaser shall mean the “First Purchaser/ End-Use Customer who has purchased the Camera, only from Authorized Dealer or Distributors in Kuwait.)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WARRANTY:
- This Warranty does cover the Camera only and does not cover other accessories such as Films, camera pouch, strap, lens, battery, etc.
- In case of complaint in the Camera, Fujifilm Instax only obligation is to repair or replace at its sole discretion such part which is shown to have a manufacturing defect in material and workmanship in the Camera with a new equivalent part at no cost to the Purchaser for parts or labour. In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Fujifilm Instax, a Camera may be replaced by the same or equivalent model priced equivalent at the time of purchase.
- Fujifilm Instax gives no other warranty whether express or implied except those warranties that are specifically mentioned in this warranty statement. The Implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are expressly limited in duration of the warranty as stipulated above.
- This Warranty for Camera will expire automatically upon completion of 1 year from the date of invoice and shall not be extended beyond the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.
- Fujifilm Instax does not warrant standard performance level of Camera when used with accessories made by other manufacturers.
- The customer shall submit the camera and shall produce original invoice for necessary verification at the time of service/registering a complaint.
- The decision of Fujifilm Instax with regard to the settlement of all claims under this Warranty shall be final.
- Kuwait’s local court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS/ CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS WARRANTY SHALL BECOME VOID:
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Warranty or elsewhere Fujifilm Instax expressly disclaims all express / implied warranties / responsibilities / liabilities arising out of all or any of the following reasons:
- Normal wear and tear of Camera/its parts;
- Special damages;
- Incidental damages due to malfunctioning of the Camera such as loss of photographing expenses or loss of profit or loss of goodwill or loss of life;
- Consequential damages:
- Third party liability
- Failure or damage to the Camera resulting from repair, disassembling and/or cleaning performed by any party other than authorized Fujifilm service facilities;
- Improper usage, handling and maintenance of Camera and accessories i.e Purchaser not using/maintaining Camera in accordance with the usage instructions mentioned in the user manual/procedure manual resulting in damage to the Camera including but not limited to damage resulting from exposure of Camera to dirt, sand, water, damp conditions, dropping of camera, fire or excessive shock; any malfunctioning or corrosion of the connections due to liquid leakage arising from battery; battery explosion inside the Camera, failure or damages to the camera as a result of disaster such as fire, flood, earthquake, electric storms, abnormal environmental conditions, any other acts of God etc.
- Use of spurious parts/accessories/batteries for the Camera
- Use of spare parts/accessories/batteries which are not compatible with the Camera
- Internal or external physical damage to the camera due to any reason whatsoever
- Damage to camera during transportation to and from Authorized service centre and/or any other place
- Presence of foreign objects unrelated with camera etc.
- This Product warranty is non-transferable warranty and only valid for the First Purchaser. This Warranty shall become null and void, if the Camera under warranty is sold by First Purchaser to any other person.
- Removal, obliteration/alteration/tampering of original serial number either in Camera or Invoice.
We will be charging 250 fils as a service charge for each transaction made by Knet & 2.5% on every transaction made by Credit card (Mastercard & Visa ) .
Return Policy

However, if for some reason you are not, or if your instax product(s) are damaged or faulty in any way, you may return your instax product(s) and we may either send you another Instax product(s) or arrange a full refund.
- If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the instax product, you will be deemed to be totally satisfied with the instax product. The instax product must be in the same condition you received it and the original packaging/labelling. You are responsible for the cost of returning the instax product to us.

- SPLIT AC’s – FIVE YEARS FOR THE COMPLETE SET-
- REFRIGERATORS – ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET, 5 YEARS FOR COMPRESSOR.
- WATER DISPENSER– ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET, 5 YEARS FOR COMPRESSOR
- FREEZERS – ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET, 5 YEARS FOR COMPRESSOR
- LED TV’s– ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET
- WASHERS – ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET
- VACUUM CLEANERS– ONE YEAR FOR COMPLETE SET
Return Policy
- We will accept returns, provided you send an email to marketing.photo@boushahrigroup.com of your wish to return the Fisher product We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your Fisher product(s). However, if for some reason you are not, or if your Fisher product(s) faulty in any way , you may return your Fisher product(s) and we may either send you a replacement or arrange a full refund except for the Air conditioners which can only be replaced and not returned .
- If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Fisher product, you will be deemed to be totally satisfied with the Fisher product. The Fisher product must be in the same condition you received it and the original packaging/labelling. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Fisher product to us.

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER / CONSUMER IF:
- There is manufacturing defect / malfunctioning found within 7 days of purchase.
- Found damaged at the time of opening the new carton (within 1 day of purchase).
- Product does not comply with the Kuwait standards
- Poor performance found within 3 days of purchase.
- Dealer unable to sell within 60 days.
- .Only replacement will be done and there will no refunds whatsoever , for the Air conditioners .
- Rest all the Fisher products can be both returned or replaced based on customers requirements .
